This policy explains what our website stores on your device. In short, we do not set cookies for visitors, and we do not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers.

Cookies

Visitors: none. The website does not set cookies when you read its pages or send a form.

Staff: one cookie. It is used only by staff who sign in to our password-protected enquiry panel, and it is never set for patients or other visitors.

Browser session storage

Session storage is a small storage area in your browser that belongs to a single tab. Unlike a cookie, it is not sent to our server automatically, and your browser deletes it when you close the tab. Our pages use three items:

These items are created by our own website. They are not shared with anyone else, and they are not used to follow you across other websites. Legal assessment of these items: [consent requirement for session storage to be confirmed].

You can block or clear session storage in your browser settings. The website still works, but the reminder may appear again, and we will not know which link brought you.

Links to other services

We do not embed maps, videos or social media feeds, and our fonts are served from our own server. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and our social media pages are plain links: nothing from these services loads on our pages unless you follow a link. Once you are on their websites or apps, their own cookie and privacy policies apply.

Analytics and advertising in the future

We do not use analytics or advertising tools today. If we add them, they will run only after you opt in through a consent banner. Refusing will be as easy as accepting, refusing will not limit your use of the website, and you will be able to change your choice at any time.

Before any such tool goes live, we will update this policy with the name, provider, purpose and duration of each cookie it uses. Our forms are built so that their content, including any health information, is never passed to analytics tools.
